for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 4777sx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the 4777sx website, mobile application and all associated services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game in the lobby, or simply browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of 4777sx regardless of the device or method of access used.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 4777sx. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

4777sx reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Use of 4777sx is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 4777sx does not permit access or participation by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual, not on behalf of a third party or commercial entity.
• You are not acting as an agent for any third party when registering or placing bets or playing games.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant or family member of a 4777sx employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 4777sx for breach of these Terms.

4777sx may request verification of age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved. Any winnings accumulated on an account found to belong to a person under 18 will be voided and any deposited funds returned where verification is possible.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services at 4777sx — including sports betting, casino games, Fish Games and the VIP programme — you must register an account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 4777sx will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details up to date. Important account communications, including verification requests and withdrawal confirmations, will be sent to your registered contact.
• Account Currency: All 4777sx accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This is the only currency used across the platform and cannot be changed after registration.

4777sx reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include requests for a copy of a national identity document, proof of address or payment method verification. Accounts that do not complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payments

4777sx processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account status.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your 4777sx balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Bank transfers and Raast payments may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. 4777sx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Funds deposited to 4777sx must be used for gaming activity. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without any gaming activity is not permitted and may result in account review.
• 4777sx only accepts deposits made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted.
• 4777sx does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 4777sx has no control.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. If this is not possible, 4777sx will work with the player to arrange an alternative method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in the name of the 4777sx account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawals held pending verification. This is a standard procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• If a bonus has been applied to your account, withdrawal may be subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met before funds can be released. See the Bonuses section below for details.
• 4777sx reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests. During such checks, the relevant funds will be temporarily held. 4777sx will communicate with the player throughout this process.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally among the fastest. Bank transfers may take longer depending on inter-bank processing.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

4777sx offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Sports betting bets, Slots and Fish Games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
• 4777sx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without notice. Bonuses already credited to an account and actively being wagered will not be retroactively removed mid-wager.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated tools, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible permanent account closure.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately. Real money balance is used first in all wagering activity unless the promotion states otherwise.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 4777sx, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots and Fish Games. Each game category may also carry its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet or game round is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation. Do not rely on bets placed during periods of connectivity issues. If you are unsure whether a bet was accepted, check your betting history before placing again.
• Sports Betting: All Cricket, PSL, T20, Football and Esports markets are offered at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play betting odds update in real time. 4777sx reserves the right to void bets in markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Result Disputes: The result of a sporting event, casino game round or Fish Game session as recorded in the 4777sx system is considered final. In the event of a technical error causing an incorrect result to be displayed, the correct result as determined by the game provider or official sports data will apply.
• Game Provider Rules: All casino games and Fish Games on 4777sx are supplied by third-party providers. Each game operates according to the rules defined by its provider. 4777sx has no ability to alter the fundamental mechanics, RTP or outcome distribution of any supplied game.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed before you place a bet or start a game round. 4777sx reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including match cancellation, postponement beyond a set period, obvious pricing errors, or where 4777sx determines that a bet was placed with prior knowledge of an outcome that was not publicly available.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4777sx. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and explicit consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events offered on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financially fraudulent activity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or any other interaction with 4777sx support.
• Attempting to circumvent withdrawal limits, bonus terms or any other platform rules through account manipulation.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any 4777sx staff member or other user in any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

Gaming should always be conducted within personal budget limits and should not interfere with daily responsibilities, relationships or financial wellbeing.

10. Privacy and Data

11. Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following review, eligible funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 4777sx support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, during which the account will be suspended to prevent further activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4777sx's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 4777sx is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions or third-party service outages beyond 4777sx's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, multipliers or game displays caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where 4777sx acts promptly to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Losses arising from a player acting on information found on third-party websites, tipster services or social media channels not affiliated with 4777sx.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

4777sx may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, its services, or applicable policies. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, we will also notify active players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of 4777sx after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
